Recently, i've been thinking and researching about human nature. The definition of Human Nature is: “the general psychological characteristics, feelings, and behavioral traits of humankind, regarded as shared by all humans”. This means that we all share the same general behaviour. This behaviour may change over time and generations but i believe our current generation has a few issues.
An issue that we are all guilty of is that we all love to complain. You’re probably saying in your head right now that you in particular are different and rarely complain. You also probably don’t even know when you are complaining half the time. I’ll prove it to you.
For example, Let’s say you’re a sport fan, almost everyone likes a certain team or they just cheer for their own hometown which is good too, But, when the team we cheer for wins, you will talk about the game, saying things like “Oh, we won” or “We beat them”. When the team we cheer for loses, we talk about it as if we weren’t even involved, saying things like “They lost” and “They couldn’t beat them this week”. I think that means something.
I believe that we all just love to complain, when things go right we immediately make ourselves apart of it by saying things like “We won”, but when things go wrong, we make sure we have nothing to do with it and that it wasn’t our fault. I think that as a society we are guilty of solely complaining or putting the blame onto someone else just so we don’t have to deal with it. Instead of coming up with a solution, we will just complain about it or make sure we weren’t even involved. Think about it… what needs to change?
